Studio Classes

Both of our Yoga Lite and Posture Perfect Pilates studio classes are included in our Ind Gym and Water Class memberships. There is a $10.00 drop-in fee for non-members. These are specialty class taught by Pilates Master Paula Ainsleigh. Class size limited.

Yoga Lite -Yoga Lite is perfect for anyone who is new to yoga, for those who experience some physical limitations or for anyone who wants a lower intensity, gentle yoga class. Yoga Lite will include modified yoga postures, breath work, fundamentals of alignment and guided relaxation. Options will be given for all levels and participants can do the class standing or seated in a chair. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.

Posture Perfect Pilates – A Pilates class taught standing and seated in the chair. The focus is on posture, balance, flexibility, and core. Includes strength training and the use of bands, balls and light weights.
