Chair Yoga for Seniors

It is more important now than ever to keep stretching. Here Paula takes you through a great chair yoga class that incorporates breathing, movement, balance, strength and flexibility. All you need is a chair and a yoga mat. If you don’t have a mat use a large towel. This class will be done standing and seated im the chair. But do not worry, you wont need to get up and down off the ground. Enjoy!

Chair Pilates For Seniors

This chair pilates workout is designed to keep you moving and active. During this class, Paula will lead you through a 30 minute workout that you are guaranteed to enjoy! You will only need a few household items. Grab a chair, a necktie, 2 cans and a small pillow. If you have a resistance band grab that, if not that is ok. Sit down in your chair and enjoy!

Balance and Strength for Seniors
