Pilates Schedule

Schedule Descriptions:

Private Sessions – Scheduled private, customized one-on-one Pilates Reformer training. Fee-based.

Small Group Reformer – 3 to 5 participants each on a Reformer with instruction by a certified, trained, experienced Pilates instructor. Fee-based.

Posture Perfect – 40 minutes Pilates standing and seated in the chair. The focus is on posture, balance, flexibility, and core.

Introduction to Pilates – Monthly, complimentary introduction to Pilates Reformer class. See schedule for day, date and time.

Is the perfect class for anyone who is new to yoga, for those who experience some physical limitations or for anyone who wants a lower intensity, gentle yoga class.

One On One is a private facility committed to providing a quality environment and specialized care to our participants. Schedules and programming subject to change as needed. Classes will be closed to further enrollment once full to provide the best environment for our clients.
