I am a neuromuscular massage therapist and health educator. Which to me, is a fancy way to say I use medical massage to manage pain brought on by the body's muscular system response to a medical condition, injury, surgery recovery, and repetitive use conditions.

My bodywork is 100 % focused on the target area that is causing discomfort and/or debilitation. This is determined by a thorough assessment and history. A session goal is set, then another post-session assessment is performed after the medical massage is completed. A plan for resolution is agreed upon and you, the client,  are given some helpful suggestions to complement the work done in the session; enabling you to continue enjoying the benefits until your next scheduled session.
