Yoga Lite is included with gym and aquatic memberships. There is a $10.00 drop in fee for non members. Yoga Lite is perfect for anyone who is new to yoga, for those who experience some physical limitations or for anyone who wants a lower intesity, gentle yoga class. Yoga Lite will include modified yoga postures, breath work, fundamentals of alignment and guided relaxation. options will be give for all levels and aprticipants can do the class standing by of seated in a chair. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water and a towel.
